We introduced Adobe Sign on 13th November and provided an updated version of the Ulster Bank Intermediary declaration at that time for use going forward.

Please note from the 1st February 2021, we can only accept this version which you will find in our packaging section on this website.

Please delete any other versions you may have saved. For clarity, this version contains the following designation at the end of each page: ULS96379RI (05/11/2020).

From the 1st February we can no longer accept any previous versions nor can we accept a mismatch of the declaration using pages from previous versions.
